Avyakt BapDada 22nd March 1996

Today, BapDada, the bestower of all attainments, is seeing all his children who are the embodiments of complete attainment. You have many attainments from BapDada, and if you were to make a list of them, it would be a very long list. So, instead of speaking about this long list, you say “nothing is lacking in the Brahmin life”. The sign of having all attainments is contentment, constantly visible on your faces and in your activity – an attractive personality of satisfaction.

There are two types of children. There are those who are the embodiment of questions, who ask “why?”, “what?”, “how?”, “when?”, as soon as a situation arises. And the other type are totally satisfied, the embodiment of attainment – they never have any any questions in any aspect – they are complete with all attainment. The questions of “why? what?” cause fluctuation, whereas those who are complete never have any fluctuation . Something empty can have fluctuation.

A lack of attainment means there is one or another desire remaining. The foundation of desire is jealousy and lack of attainment. It has been seen that gross desires are now finished, but royal desires still remain, in a subtle form. So check these.

BapDada now wishes to make all the children complete and perfect, the same as the Father. All of you have a lot of love for BapDada, and it is not a big thing to become the same as the one you have love for. So have you had complete renunciation? Have you done what Baba asks you to do, and what he desires? All the time? If you wish to claim the fortune of the kingdom for all time, you must be satisfied all the time.

It is not that you are satisfied one day on the basis of praise, and have a different mood another day. If your satisfaction is based on praise, it is like constructing the foundations of a building with more sand than cement in the mixture. Then, if there is the slightest storm, or any adverse situation, or any type of fluctuation, it finishes your satisfaction.

The royal form of desire is for name, regard and honour. Those who do service chasing after a name may be very serviceable and attract others very well, but their name is glorified only for a temporary period, while their name goes to the bottom of the list of those who are to claim a high status. This is because they eat the fruit unripe, so there is no ripe fruit. There is no strength in unripe fruit. Where there is arrogance there can be no permanent satisfaction.

The mood of Brahmin life is to be constantly cheerful and careful – your mood should not change. However, in royal word you say: “today I want solitude”. Why do you need this? You desire to step away from doing service or being with the family, and instead you say you want peace or solitude. So, do not change your mood. You are contractors – you have contracted to change the elements – so can you not change your mood?

You say you would like to go and sit beside the ocean – not the ocean of knowledge, but he physical ocean. Or you say you feel very lonely today. So where did the combined form of the Father go? Did you separate him from yourself? From being combined, you become separated. Is this called love? Being in an off mood is something very serious, and even to keep changing your mood is not good. Those who have an off mood show a variety of games to their seniors, and even to their companions. Is this a response of love? Baba has a lot of love for the children and for everyone. He wants to make everyone like himself.

You are now celebrating the Diamond Jubilee. After 60 years you generally start the age of retirement. You are no longer small children, but are in the stage of retirement. That is – you are experienced souls, knowledge-full, powerful, and successful. Those who are successful never have any questions. Success is the birthright of you all – you say this – but do you believe it? So why do you not experience success? The majority of you allow weak thoughts to emerge, and they make you an embodiment of questions. These thoughts become a wall, and your success gets hidden behind this wall.

Maya spreads a web of your own weak thoughts, and you become trapped in your own web. Finish this web of weak thoughts with the awareness “I am victorious”. Do not finish it gradually, but do it instantly. Do not allow this web to grow. Once you are trapped in this web, it is very difficult to come out of it. Victory is your birthright. Success is your birthright. This is a Godly birthright, which no one can snatch away from you. Those with faith do not need to work hard for this.

The second reason for lack of success is wasting your thoughts and your time. The foundation of success is to use everything in a worthwhile way. There are many treasures, and you know the list of all the treasures, do you not? So check which treasures you wasted. Use them in a worthwhile way and success will be automatic.

So, constantly maintain your personality of satisfaction. Those who are satisfied will have very good experiences. When someone is satisfied, they look beautiful, and it feels good to be in their company and to sit and talk with them. Whereas, someone who asks many questions will distress you. So don’t be one who asks many questions, but be one who is satisfied. To ask questions is to be distressed and to distress others. So, maintain the honour of your faith and your birthright, and you will not become distressed. Sacrifice your questions now. Finish all questions from today. Your time will be saved, as will the time of others.

To all the souls in all directions who transform themselves from being the embodiment of questions – to the elevated souls who constantly have the personality of being satisfied – to the special souls who embody awareness of victory, and of their birthright – to the close souls who use everything in a worthwhile way, and thereby attain success easily, BapDada’s love, remembrances, and namaste.

Avyakt BapDada 10th March 1996

Today, the benefactor Father is seeing his companions, the benefactor children. All the children are engaged in the task of world benefit, with a lot of deep love. Today, BapDada saw the speed of service in all directions, and together with this he saw the speed of effort for the self. So, which is faster? Is there a balance between the two? Only when you have this balance will others receive the blessings that you have received.

Are you karma yogis or just yogis? You are karma yogis are you not? Service is karma, is it not? When you perform an action, when you speak or give drishti, when you are giving courses or explaining at museums, all of that is elevated action. To be a karma yogi means to have a balance of yoga whilst performing actions. Yoga is effort for the self.

To maintain a balance between service, or karma, and effort for the self, or yoga, you should remember that Baba is karavanhar (one who gets things done) and you are (Karanhar (one who does something). The one word Karankaravanhar (one who gets things done through others) will enable you to have this balance very easily.

Instead of having the awareness of Karanhar, you think “I am getting this done” and you think you are karavanhar, and your progress reduces. So Maya comes through her easiest gate, the gate of “I”. You have still not closed this gate completely. You close it in such a way that Maya is easily able to open it and enter through it. If you were to be Karanhar you would easily remember the One who is inspiring you to do it. Without the Father being karavanhar, you cannot become Karanhar.

You need to have this awareness of karavanhar in a double way – one is that Baba is karavanhar, and the other is that I, the soul, am the one who performs actions through those physical organs. Through this, you will not be influenced either good or bad in your actions, – this is the karmateet stage. This is the sign of love for the Father. So, enable actions to be performed through you, and make the physical organs perform perform actions as karavanhar. For this, emerge the consciousness of being completely detached – if the consciousness remains merged then you will sometime be influenced by the mind, intellect and sanskars. Be aware of being a master. Otherwise sometimes you rule the mind and at other times the mind rules you.

So be a child when remembering the Father, and be a master when performing actions. Your physical organs are your companions whilst performing actions, but be loving and detached, so that you experience the karmateet stage.

It should not be that, because you were busy in service, your effort for the self was lacking. No. In fact, whilst doing service, you need to pay greater attention to effort for the self, because Maya has a large margin to come to you while you are serving. In service, there is the expansion of nature and relationships, and Maya will be looking for an opportunity, and will come to you in a new form, whenever you lose balance even slightly.

Service increases day by day – it has to increase. So, whether you wish it or not, you have to do service – you are tied in service – but instead of a bondage, there should be a relationship of service. Just as in lokik relationships, where you understand the difference beween karmic bondages, and relationships of service, so in service you should not experience any bondage – it is all just a sweet relationship of service.

So maintain the balance of service and effort for the self. Do not go into extremes of service – you are not doing it yourself, but are an instrument of the One who is inspiring you. Then you will not tire – instead of your head becoming heavy, karavanhar Baba will give you a very good massage. and your head will become even fresher, and you will experience extra energy. The soul receives energy from Baba’s remembrance, and the soul influences the body.

Have you created the population of 900,000? How many have you created in the foreign lands? Have you created 900,000? You have not. So you don’t allow the needle for completion to move forward. So keep a balance. Do service, whilst maintaining a balance, and subjects will be created very quickly. It will not take any time. Matter and the elements have become very tired too, and souls have become disheartened. When they are disheartened, who do they remember? They remember God, the Father. However, because of not having his full introduction, they remember you deities a lot more. So, are you not able to hear the call of the disheartened souls? Are you able to hear it, or are you too engaged with your own self? You are merciful, are you not?

People of all religions ask for mercy, It doesn’t matter which religion someone belongs to, they may not all ask for happiness, but they all want mercy. So who will give it to them? You are bestowers are you not? Or, are you those who take? You are those who receive and then give to others. You are the children of the bestower, so become merciful towards your brothers and sisters. And, when you do service whilst being merciful, there will automatically be the feeling of being an instrument. No matter how bad someone is, if you have mercy for that soul you would never have any feelings of dislike, jealousy, or anger, towards that soul. Mercy should not be based on selfishness, on attachment to a certain soul – there cannot be any attachment in true mercy. There is no body consciousness. The soul has mercy for another soul. There will be no name or trace of physical attraction.

Some have attachment to a body, and , some have attachment to the virtues or specialities of another. However, who gave those specialities and virtues to that one? You have taken it from the Father – it is not yours. So why should you not take it directly from the Bestower? Otherwise you are brought into body consciousness. All these things are obstacles to becoming karmateet. You may imbibe the goodness of others, but do not be influenced by it. Be detached, and remain loving to the Father. Those who are loving to the Father are constantly safe. Do you understand?

Without you children, the Father alone cannot do anything. If the Father wishes to explain something, he has to take the support of a body. He cannot do anything without support. It was only when he took the support of Brahma that you became Brahmins. You are called Brahma Kumars and not Shiv Kumars. The incorporeal Father has to take the support of the corporeal. Just has he took the support of corporeal Brahma, would he even now be able to sustain you without taking support from the avyakt angelic form of Brahma? Whether he takes the support of the corporeal form or the angelic form, He has to take the support of the soul. Even though he may be the Almighty Authority, can he bring destruction now, if he wants to? Can he bring it on by himself? He is bound to all of you companions. The Father has so much love for all of you. If he wanted to he could do it, but he cannot do it. If he waved his magic wand then who would claim a right to the kingdom? Even if he were to carry out establishment, and bring about destruction, who is going to rule? Would he be able to do anything without you? This is why Baba wants to make all of you karmateet – you have to become so, yourselves. Or should the Father force you to do it? The Father has to make you, and all of you have to become so. This is the sweet drama.

To the blissful souls who constantly maintain the balance of service and making effort for the self – to the special souls who constantly have altruistic mercy, who have true mercy for all souls – to the intense effort-making souls who constantly make themselves free from karmic bondage in one second – to such souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance, and namaste.
